Unable to edit Word Document
I have Microsoft Word on my laptop and have been using it ever since I bought it. The Microsoft apps, such as Word, came with the device.
I've had problems with it here and there, though not for soem time. Yet suddenly today I am unable to edit my own document - a pre-existing one - nor can I edit a new document. I've watched videos on hie to fix it and none of it works. For instance, on Youtube it is suggested to go to the "Info" tab, before selecting "Protect Document" which then leads to the ability to enable editing. However, such options are not available to me. I cannot even copy my work and transfer it to another app or location. This is ridiculous. It seems that though you pay the money for such devices you have but little control over what you can actually do - which is a rip-off. If anyone can offer some advice that would be great. |
