Is your question how to create a paragraph style OR how to apply styles to content other than headings?

Three styles.
Your heading style, followed by your body text 1 style (not indented), followed by your body text 2 style (indented), followed by your body text 2 style.
When you define/modify styles, you can set which style is used by the following paragraph. Your body text 2 style can be based on your body text 1 style so if you make a change in the font in that, the body text 2 styles text will also change.
