On chapters 1 and 2 of the attached the Increase Indent command in the paragraph menu works fine.
For example, I have no problems creating headings on page 3. 1. General heading (Style: Heading 1) Then I copy this heading below it and click on "Increase Indent" and the heading style goes from Heading 1 to Heading 2 and changes font and colour accordingly. 1.1 Foreword Again I repeat this by copying 1.1 Foreword below it and clicking "Increase Indent" and it goes from Heading 2 to Heading 3. 1.1.1 Test However, in Chapter 3, if I try to follow the same method, after pressing "Increase Indent" the heading style remains the same. I am copying 3.3 Personnel and pasting it below and it updates to 3.4 Personnel which is fine. Then I select the header and click on Increase Indent but instead of going to Heading 3 and changing properties (italics and black font size 13) it stays as a Heading 2. Been stuck all day on this and it is so frustrating. |
