Default Bold Header if it is not Bold (Check to see if it is Bold)

I work with documents that have a red hearing on the header. Sometimes the clients submit them without bolding the header. I would love to create a Macro where 1) it checks the header text if it is bold (if it is bold, no need to do anything) 2) If it is not bold, bold the entire header.

Let me know if this is possible. Thanks!!

Header or heading?
What is the difference between headings and headers?

You wrote "read hearing." Do you actually mean that the "heading" is red in color?

Checking for bold formatting isn't technically difficult, but the task will be more complex if the header contains more than one text paragraph and if not all text needs to be checked (for example).

A sample document would help.
