Renamed or deleted Normal.dotm - no new one created
Hi all, I still have the same issue with normal.dotm. I have changed the default settings and still no new one created.... Split from this thread: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-external.html Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 12-23-2021 at 01:02 PM.

You may not see an actual Normal.dotm on disk before you have modified its settings from the default.
