I'm having a terrible time with WORD 2019. While scrolling, it randomly "inserts" what appears to be some kind of "comment box" on the right side of the page that is shaded in gray. I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I wasn't doing anything other than scrolling. I closed the document without saving changes, figuring that would get rid of it, but that doesn't work. Whatever went wrong is now on all my documents, not just the one I'm working on.
I'm an astrologer trying to get interpretations done by Friday, and it doesn't look like I'm going to meet my deadline now. Can somebody please help me? |
