Default 2-2-3 schedule

Is there a way to autogenerate days of a year for overtime on a 2-2-3 schedule? This type of schedule is one week you work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. The next week is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They just alternate. I need to make up a list for people to be able to sign up but not have to keep typing the dates and month.

Yes, but it is going to be a lot easier to do in Excel.

Post a sample document so we can see what it is you want. Then we will be able to suggest the best way of achieving your aims.

Basically all I need is going to be

Dec 6 2021
Dec 7 2021
Dec 10 2021
Dec 11 2021

With spaces in between the dates for two people to be able sign up. But to generate the dates automatically for just the days I would need and not the other shifts. Is there a way to post a picture of our calendar of how we work on here?

You can attach a file to your post by clicking on the Go Advanced button and using the paperclip button.

I would recommend you look at Excel for this. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that give you ideas on what you can do. Something like this looks very comprehensive and includes colour coding to show the alternating shifts
