Hi there, I have two questions: 1. I am using Word 2019. As shown in Fig. 1, my email address is shown at the top part of the window. My first question is how to hide that information, so when I share my screen with others, they do not see the email address? 2. When I enable track changes, as shown in Fig. 2, my email address is shown. I want to change that to a custom name. How to assign a custom name for this field? Thank you very much.
