Word 2013: hyphenation is much more "stupid" than in Word 2003
Dear all, I'm forced to use Word 2013, not any other version and I see that the hyphenation done by 2013 is much worser and uglier than in 2003, which I used previously. 2013 leads to much wider inline spaces etc. Have you ever noticed this difference? Can I somehow use 2003 hyphenation engine within 2013?

I don't use hyphenation much so I haven't noticed differences but with most layout engine differences you save the document in that format and Word lays it out as per that version of Word. Have you tried saving your document in doc format to see if the hyphenation looks better?

Word 2013 (and later) uses a different document layout engine than earlier versions.

Yeah, it really looks pretty different... Can I substitute the pagination (or, at least hyphenation) engine somehow? The only unique option, which forces me to use Word 2013 is equal width of spaces and non-breakable-spaces. |

Tried and there is no difference. It only differs if I open it with Word 2003. |
