Default have the date change to next work day?

hello, first time poster, I was just wondering if there was any conceivable way to have the date change to next work day, based on pre existing date. I have to use word to make employee contracts and this would save me valuable seconds!

example I enter "employee contract date: 10.10.2021" and id like a formula that would take that date and fill it out for "employee's ACTUAL work day starts in next available work day after 10.10.2021" so if its a Friday it be that date plus 3, and if its a Monday-thrusday it be plus 1, but there are also official holidays, which would make it a little more tricky.

Just wondering if this is even achievable, like a calendar type formula? please and thank you
