Adding border to multiple documents
Hi all, I have well over 2000 files that I need to add a custom border to. I am wondering if there is a more efficient way to go about this than going into each file one by one.
Is it possible to add a border multiple files at once? If it's at all helpful, I have these thousands of documents exported to pdf. So if there was a solution to add borders to multiple pdfs at once, that would be an option too. Thanks in advance, Scott |

This is a Microsoft Word forum, not pdf. That said, it may be possible to import the pdf files into Word, add the border, and then re-save as pdf.
If you already have them as Word files, the opening the pdf in Word stage would not be needed nor desirable. I have no idea how happy you would be with the results. Do not overwrite your originals with the altered versions. Here are two utilities for bulk processing Word files. Both let you add your own process to run. In this case, it would be opening the file in Word, adding the border, and then saving in a different folder with the same name. |

Hi Charles, thanks for your suggestions. I have all of my files as word documents, so I will try out the two utilities you suggested.
Thanks again, Scott |
