Something has changed in my printing, but not sure if it is word or the printer.
If I print something I see online, say like this page, and told it to print, it comes out at A4 size.
If I copy and paste something, it comes out printed at A5 size, even though the print preview looks normal, full A4 page. Running Office 2019.
I have checked in word, the margins, the paper size, all the printer settings I could make sense of, and it is just so frustrating. Works whether a word document or a pdf.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes, they are.

If it is happening with PDF as well as Word then it would be in the default printer settings rather than anything in Word.

Explore the printer settings especially those related to:
- Pages per sheet
- Scale
