Hi
I have approx 100 clients and approx 20 different standard letters. If I choose a certain client I want say, letters 1, 7, 9 and 20 to be selected and populated with the clients name and address. If I choose a different client I will want say, letters 3, 4, 7 and 9 to be selected and populated with the clients name and address, and so on. Can I use a procedure within Word that will allow me to select the client and based on this selection output certain letters? Is there a method using Word (and maybe with the client data stored in Excel) that will allow me to accomplish this? I hope this makes sense? Any assistance greatly appreciated. Kenneth |
