Change picture in flyer template

Hi,

How do I change the picture in the background of this template ? I searched in the header and footer and could find it !

It is in the header behind some other objects.

Go into the header (edit) and use the Selection Pane to get to it. It is the Picture 2.

I have no idea why they put as much as they did in the header.
