Default How to discover repeated sentenses

Is it possible to find ex. text from interviews you have used before? Writing a document about 100 pages or more makes you lose overview.

Can Word ex find a sequence of five or six words you have used more than once, without using "find" so you can avoid using the same sequence more than once?

I assume you are not happy with the Navigation pane that pops up when you select the text and press Ctrl-F

How do you envisage it would work without using Find?

I have no idea. Sometimes Word just surprises me 😉
And you are right. Find is no solution since I must know what I am looking for. I sometimes use it if I suspect that I have used a quote before.
But I wish to find the duplicates that I am not aware of. So, the function should locate a sequence of 20 or 30 identical signs and spaces that appears more than once in the document.
Maybe a plugin or an other app?

I think it would be relatively easy to create a macro to identify duplicated sentences if they are exact matches. If every sentence was loaded to a dictionary, you would get an error if the key already exists. It would only take a single character to differ to render this method invalid though.

Is this what you are looking for? It should highlight any sentence that has already been used in the document (ignoring case, spaces, tabs, periods)
Code:
Sub RepeatOffenders()
  'Requires a reference to Microsoft Scripting Runtime
  'Highlights sentence repeats in document
  Dim aSent As Range, sText As String, aDict As Scripting.Dictionary

  Set aDict = New Scripting.Dictionary
  For Each aSent In ActiveDocument.Range.Sentences
    sText = Replace(LCase(aSent.Text), vbCr, "")
    sText = Replace(sText, " ", "")
    sText = Replace(sText, ",", "")
    sText = Replace(sText, ".", "")
    sText = Replace(sText, vbTab, "")
    'Debug.Print sText
    On Error GoTo Plagiariser2000
    aDict.Add sText, sText
  Next aSent
  Exit Sub
Plagiariser2000:
  aSent.HighlightColorIndex = wdBrightGreen
  Resume Next
End Sub
