This is driving me crazy. I use track changes all the time for work. All of a sudden, a week or so ago, I lost the ability to have comment balloons appear on the right side of the document while I am in "All Markup" view. When I make a comment in "All Markup" mode it defaults to an awkward comment layout on the lefthand side. (See picture #1). Then when I press the comment button in the top righthand corner I can see the comment balloon, but it automatically switches to "simple markup." I couldn't find any information on this problem. I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks! |
