The way that list is formatted, you haven't left enough space for the third digit to fit before the first tab stop, so the text gets pushed by the tab over to the next default tab position.
You have two choices: 1. Format the entire list with a bigger indent before the text starts 2. Format the entire list to right align the number so it moves to the left as digits increase.
