Question "Change Picture" command. How do I change settings?

Using Word 2013. When I right-click on an image and select "Change Picture," I'm taken to a window that says "Insert Pictures" and has three choices, "From a File," "Bing Image Search," and "Personal One Drive." How do I eliminate this step and go straight to my files? I will never need the other two choices, and it's irritating and time consuming to have this step come up every time. I can't seem to find the settings to change it. Thanks!

You can add the Insert Picture command to the Quick Access Toolbar (File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar).

Not if you add the command whose description is "From File."
