First post so aplogies in advance if I have done it wrong.
I'm sure I have seen this done but can't figure it out. I have a document which has a "Company Name" on the front cover and when that text is updated I want all instances of "Company Name" in the document to update. I will be giving the document to others so need a foolproof way, preferably automatic. (find and replace is out as not all users will be savvy enough) . Thanks in advance for any help. |
