Default Convert .html to .doc, is that possible?

Hello.

How do I save Chrome bookmarks in MS Word?
Is there any way?
I crash when I have to convert .html to .doc.
Thanks.

Could you provide a little more detail as to what you're trying to do?

Are you trying to save a web page as a Word doc for editing?

Are you just trying to copy some web links into a doc?

Is there some reason that Copy/paste isn't feasible?

thanks,

If you have saved your bookmarks to an html file, you can open that file in a browser (eg Chrome), select the content and paste it into Word

That will give you all the links and the display text

Initially, grateful for the feedback.

jthomas666, do you know what a bookmark is?
So, I have a huge list of it in Chrome.
And I want to pass it to word.
Turns out I'm not able to convert html format to doc.
Sorry, but I don't know how to be clearer than that.

Guessed, I've already exported the bookmark list.
It came in html.
The problem is just that: convert it to doc.
It's not just copy and paste.
The result is this.

If you try to import the exported html file you get the raw HTML as it is interpreted as a flat text file. However, if you OPEN the exported html in a Browser, you can then copy that page and paste it into Word to get all the Display text (the name of your bookmark) with the hyperlinks intact.

No, I did it just like that (the way you're saying).
And the result was that of the image.
A slightly better result is obtained if I use the Google Docs.
But I'm still in the same issue.

I don't see an image - did you post one here?

Your stated issue in post #1 was a crash - is a "slightly better result" with Google Docs a minor bingle?
