Add names of recipients to their email addresses
Hi. I'm still struggling on how to share documents. So I was able to send a file to the target recipients for them to update. My problem is that the names of the co-users do not appear in the document when they edit the shared file or in their comments so I would not know whom the change or comment came from. All edits and comments were identified as GC (Guest Contributor). How do I add the names of the users?
Thank you. |

Have a look at Review > Compare > Combine...
This opens a dialog where you can combine the differences between two documents AND assign an author's name to the changes by using the Label unmarked changes with: box.
