How do recipients of shared document open and edit?
Hi. I'm running Office 365. It is my first time to share a word document via web to several colleagues. They checked their email inbox but couldn't find the shared document. Where will they look for the document?
Thank you. |

It is possible that their email editor flagged your email attachment as a risk so they should check their spam or junk mail folder.
You could verify that it gets sent by using the same method to send yourself an email - does it arrive in your inbox.

Yes, you're right. The email was sent to spam. Thank you.
