Word Repeating Data Out of Order
I'm new at this so I hope this makes sense.
I am using an IF field from QuickParts to pull in repeating data. {IF "{MERGEFIELD charges.chargeStatus]: = "Filed Charge" "[MERGEFIELD charges.count" ''} Basically if a charge is filed, put the charge number. It also has other IF statements to pull in the name of the charge and the statute assigned. It will pull in the the information but it lists the charges in a completely random order. Any idea how to get them to pull in numerically? |

You can define the sort order when you are selecting the Recipients in the Mail Merge. If you set this correctly it should apply your preferred order to the merge data.
In the merge wizard, you are looking for the "Use an existing list" section and "Edit Recipient List". Then in the Mail Merge Recipients dialog, find the Sort... link.
