Word Repeating Data Out of Order

I'm new at this so I hope this makes sense.

I am using an IF field from QuickParts to pull in repeating data.

{IF "{MERGEFIELD charges.chargeStatus]: = "Filed Charge" "[MERGEFIELD charges.count" ''}

Basically if a charge is filed, put the charge number. It also has other IF statements to pull in the name of the charge and the statute assigned. It will pull in the the information but it lists the charges in a completely random order. Any idea how to get them to pull in numerically?
