You are using a modern printer (October 2019) with old Windows XP (support ended April 2014) and old Office version 2007 (support ended October 2017). Even if you have the correct drivers that came with the printer they may not work well with software that is no longer supported.

I can't suggest what to try other than creating a word document where you set the paper size and insert some text in the correct position and use that as a template (see photo) but I suspect this is not what you are after.
