Copy/Paste from a Web Page - auto formatting?
Hello,
I am trying to copy a web page of testimonials. This page has text, images, etc. When I paste it into my empty 2007 MS Word document, the images are mostly way to large and the formatting is such that there is always white space to the right of any images that don't already exceed the page width. Is there a way to change the paste settings so that 1) all images end up using the "Square" text wrap formatting and 2) all images are reduced 75%? By the way, there are 635 pages without any special formatting .. that is why I want to get some formatting in so I don't have to do so with each image manually. Thanks, Mike |

There won't be a Paste setting to do what you want.
You will need to create a macro to post-process the document after the content is pasted in.
