Editing for printing postcards
Windows 10, MS Office 2019, not positive on the version of Word because the about button is not displayed.
Setup so far: Select Layout, Size, and select 4x6 Select File, Options, Advanced and enable: Show text boundaries and Show crop marks. Neither of the two options are enforced as I edit. The text is displayed without boundaries. What steps are needed to show text in 4x6 format while editing? Edit, first reply resolved my problem. Last edited by bkelly13; 06-21-2021 at 03:00 PM. Reason: show resolved |

Text boundaries changed dramatically with Word 2013. They no longer give a box around your page.Text Boundaries Display in Microsoft Word
Try displaying horizontal and vertical rulers. Using Rulers by Suzanne Barnhill, MVP You can find the About in the Windows version: File > Account > About Word. |

Your tip led me to the version, it is 2019.
The link to using rulers provided the answer I need. Thank you for your time. |
