Thanks to your help I understand why when I hit ctrl pgdn it tells "Word has reached etc" because it is after of having done a search.
So I need to go into ctrl G choose "next page and then the ctrl pn will move me from page to page. But this is so annoying for me. I do a lot of navigating in this long doc and do a lot of searching and it really bothers me that I don't have a simple keyboard shortcut to advance to the next page. Is there any way I can designate a hotkey to do that? Thank You Susan |
