Default Grammar & Spell Checker

Hi

I'm presently running a manuscript through the grammar and spelling checker, but it is almost impossible to read the rules that pop up at the side of my screen. I can make the font in my document larger, but there is no way to enlarge the print size of the rules that pop up at the side of my screen. How can I enlarge the rules? Is there a way to download all the rules into a document I could print out if I needed? I hope my questions are clear. Thank you to anyone who can help me please?

I don't think enlarging the spell/grammar check print size can be done.

Have you tried sitting a little closer to the screen whilst spell/grammar checking?

This can be changed but only by changing your overall Windows menu font size.

Hi Charles

How would I change the overall Windows menu font size? It might be worth trying. Thank you.

I think Charles might be referring to: -

Settings/System/Display
'Scale and layout' (The default is 100% (Recommended) but other options are 125%, 150% and 175%).
If you click on "Advanced Scaling settings" you have more control regarding the %ge.

Hi Wiganken

I did stumble across the advanced scaling settings once and tried changing it. but it mucked up some of my other programs that wouldn't fit into my screen such as email. Thanks for your suggestion though.
