Since you've posted a screenshot that doesn't include what one would see with Word's formatting display activated, it's impossible to tell what those gaps are.

Use the replace function with the wildcard option to search for
^t{1,} replace with ^p

You could try a wildcard Find/Replace with any of:
Find = [^t]{1,} Replace = ^p Find = [^t]{1,} Replace = ^l Find = [^t]{1,} Replace = ^t Find = [^t]{1,} Replace = ^32 Since we don't know your exact output requirements, we also don't which will be right for you.

Did you check the 'use wildcards' Find option?

To deal with your latest “sample.docx” file, you only need to use Find/Replace in the following way:
Find = ^p^p Replace = ^p Caveat: do not check the 'use wildcards' Find option. |

The problem, though, is that the OP keeps changing his description of the source document. Compare posts #4 & #6, for example.
A suitable wildcard F/R for the latest attachment would be: Find = [^13]{2,} Replace = ^p

I notice the OP didn't even have the decency to acknowledge the help given here - and that the example given there is the same as first given here but not the same as most recently given here...
