How To Make Corrections In Different Color?
I have to correct a document. Delete text, add text, strike through text.
And it all should be done in a different color so that the corrections can be clearly identified. Some colors have already been used on the document if that makes any difference to anything. Some text is highlighted in Blue. I think most of that needs deleting so that won't be a problem. Some text is in red and some struckthrough at the same time. I have googled and tried a couple of things with little success. Most recently tried a method that was supposed to change the color of selected text but in fact only changed the color of a portion of it. I'd like to find a way to set it up so's all text I input is of a new color including strikethrough. Reliably. Is it possible? |

You should use Track Changes. With that facility you can specify the way added, deleted etc. content is reflected, as well as keeping a record of what's been changed.
