Default I am populating a word template using MS Forms and the answers show with brackets and speech marks.

I am populating a word template using power automate from forms, can i remove the comma and speech brackets after the docx document is created and keep the content?

The commas and brackets come from prefilled responses and drop downs in the form.
Please Help!!!

It would be better to remove those 'features' before adding them to the form. You have two options:
1. Switch to 'Design Mode' and edit each content control manually; or
2. Use a macro to edit each content control's 'placeholder text'.

Thumbs up  I think I resolved the issue, I am about to make my first macros that will involve:

Convert .docx to .doc and this removes the active fields - I might be able to do this in Power Automate, will have to see.

Ctrl A - right click century gothic and apply to all text as the default from MS forms is Times New Roman; followed by Ctrl H find [[,"\]] wildcard option replace all, and nothing as a replacement, and finally find None and replace all with nothing.

This clears up all the gumpf from the MS form input and then clears the form up to be converted to a PDF to be posted for people to see.

If anyone has a better solution please tell me.

Pretty much what I did in the end with a few more add ins, basically this whole endeavor is a bit odd because of all the converting, but hopefully I have come up with a design solution for the whole project with Zero coding experience and gone from a MS form, saved the data as a SharePoint list, Excel sheet, created and populated a Word template, created a word document for quality assurance, converted to PDF and emailed the quality assurance officer that there is a new submission.
