Remove only some hard returns

Is it possible to remove the hard return after the time stamp ONLY and shift the sentence up next to the time stamp?

Example:

key and press it again to exit full

screen tip number four
02:24
you can also use shortcut keys to
02:26

Also, would this be easier if it is imported into Excel?
