Publish as PDF with PDF Bookmarks including Headings that are in Tables
Hallo, i am trying to export a word document into pdf, where all my headings are inside tables. I notice that, when i go into the options of the pdf publish, the 'create bookmarks' is inactive. This is because my headings are inside tables.
Is there a solution? I read that this problem was mentioned at least 8 years ago, i hope that microsoft sorted it out. PS. i have office professional plus 2019. |

Headings inside tables and inside textboxes/shapes are structurally different from those in the body of the document.
When I need a pdf with bookmarks from the headings, I place the headings outside the table. There may be a way to do this, but if there is, I do not know it. |
