Publish as PDF with PDF Bookmarks including Headings that are in Tables

Hallo, i am trying to export a word document into pdf, where all my headings are inside tables. I notice that, when i go into the options of the pdf publish, the 'create bookmarks' is inactive. This is because my headings are inside tables.



Is there a solution?

I read that this problem was mentioned at least 8 years ago, i hope that microsoft sorted it out.

PS. i have office professional plus 2019.
