Default How to backup custom dictionary?

Hi, Does anyone know how to backup custom dictionary in mac office 2011 to office 365 for mac?
I'm trying to help a lady who writes books that have been collecting words for 10 years, and it's very sad to lose it all when she buying new Macbook air.

It's a little strange that there's no easy way to take backup on, not as I know at least

Although that is a Windows resource, it gives the file name: Custom.dic which should be the same on the Mac. (I see from Moonshine's link a different name of "Custom Dictionary.") You may or may not need to change the name with Office 365.

The Custom dictionary is a text file sorted in alphabetical order, one word per line. It can be edited in a text editor as well as in Word.
