When im working index in word how do i make it that text is like:

Table 1: some text
(space) some text

and not like:

Table 1: some text
some text

I'm going to assume that the second line is a wrapped line in the same paragraph. Watch this video to see two methods to create a hanging indent which would do what you asked for.
