Default Tab on the right side of the paper in word to fill with keyword

Hello

I was wondering how to make this tab on the right side (picture), which allows me to put in keywords with explanation.

If anyone knows, I will be grateful if someone could tell me.

If you want the blue region there all the time and have the text be linked to the paragraph, put a blue-shaded textbox in the header in that area. Then use frames for the content.

But I think they have used a special format.

As you can see from the new picture I have linked, the side numbers are still in front (not disappearing behind like what happened to me when I tried to make a textbox), and the heading also has the same grey color from the tab on the right side.
