Microsoft Word 365 Automatically Scrolls

Hi! I have a problem with Microsoft Word 365. Let say I am on page 10, and I scroll back a page or two to see something, Microsoft Word automatically takes me back to the current page that I was on. It does this repeatedly and it will not let me go back to a former page. Any suggestion on how to prevent this from happening?
