Hi



I have a letter template which i have macrobuttons to allow mail merge.

I want to have a field replicated within the letter as in once i type a number this then auto populates in other pieces of text in the letter.

can anyone help.

I'm not sure you mean a mail merge. However, see:
I am also unsure why you would be using a MacroButton Field for this.
If it really is a mailmerge, you can use ASK and/or FILLIN fields. Ask & Fill-In Field Tutorial
