'Sudden' formatting issues with #10 Envelope in Word 2016
For about a week, one of my users has formatting issues with #10 envelopes created from Word 2016 letter documents, in which the delivery address is pushed at least an inch lower than customary. This can be worked around by customizing the “From Top” Envelope Option from Auto to 2.0 inches, but I cannot determine why this happened or how to correct it permanently; we've made no changes to printer drivers or Word settings (I did run Word Repair this morning, with no fix) and no other users appear to have been affected in this way.
Has anyone else seen (and overcome) this?
