Your headings can have numbering.
The TOC Styles should not.

Duplicate numbers indicate that numbering has been applied to actual TOC(s) as well, not just to the referenced heading style. You could check that numbering is only applied to the heading styles.

Does the link generate an error message? Note that some browsers may object for the simple reason that the protocol is "http" (as opposed to "https").

Also, I got a 404 when I clicked the link. HTTPS and HTTP.
