Default How to clear multiple checkboxes in word doc

I have a checklist created in Word with about 30 checkboxes.

Is there a way for me to clear all the checkboxes at the same time so that i don't have to clear them one by one?

Clear the checkboxes.
Save as a template.
Next time you need to use, create a new document based on the template. They will all be blank.
