I am trying to create this resume template. It looks easy but dont know how to add circle with initial on top as well as separator lines and formatting. Can anyone assist?

Circle: Insert Shape then type in it.


Lines: Borders and Shading.



Most resumes are formatted using tables. Turn on display of gridlines under the Table Layout tab. You will be able to see what is going on much better. They do not print.
