I am trying to align pictures in a document so that they line up at the top with the line of text. (By default the text lines up with the bottom of the picture.) I have found the settings for Layout under Picture Tools, and the tab labelled "Position" would seem to do the trick, except that it is grayed out so I can't access the settings. Does anyone know why this would be grayed out and how I can change the layout settings for my pictures?
