Default Document appears corrupt, fine in Read View

Hi all.

I have an existing document (that is primarily a table over 5 landscape pages).

In Window Preview Pane it appears fine.

When I open the document I get 181 pages of blank - only a header appears.

If I look at it in Read Mode, it is fine.

Any ideas what's happened? I have attached it on here.

I haven't edited the document for a year and just come to review it and found it like this.

I looked to restore previous versions, but there are none.

A colleague has tried to open it on their PC and it's the same.

Thank you.

Edit to add; I am using Office 365, Word is version 2010.
