Default Pop up Text Box ???

Hi, can someone tell me if (and how) it is possible to have a click button that when selected will trigger a pop up text box which can be populated.

Thanks

Tell us more about what you are trying to accomplish (not necessarily how).
Once this "text box" is populated, what do you want to do with it?

Fairly straight forward I hope

I have a straight forward word doc which is being used as a form. This has some fields which self populate with info from our MRP system.

I want to extend on this form to ask a series of questions, with a check box for a positive answer. When the positive answer is triggered, I want a series of questions to pop up, each of which need a free text box for responses.

Does that help.

Thanks

Best method, userform.
Here is another link: Create & Employ a Userform by Greg Maxey

Ask your questions in the UserForm. Checking a box can give you another page in a multi-page userform with more questions. Upon Clicking OK, use the responses to populate the document.

This is something that can be done, but you are stretching Word. A good vba coder can do it easily. However, it is not something that is intuitive for the ordinary user. Access is designed for doing things like this but has a steep learning curve.
