You can test a specific keyboard shortcut in the Customize Keyboard dialog box. Click in the "Press new shortcut key" field and enter the shortcut that you want to test. Word will tell you which command the shortcut is assigned to (if any).

Another possibility is to print a list of (custom) key assignments, via File > Print.
