Thanks for the reply, Stefan. I hadn't thought to look at it from the perspective of Customize Keyboard. I was hopeful, but unfortunately I cannot find any keyboard customizations that are associated with CTR+Shift. I likewise looked through the "All Commands" section of the Customize Ribbon because I have done a few such customizations, but nothing I can find for CTRL+SHIFT.


Really odd, and frustrating. Really appreciate your suggestion and welcome any other ideas.


Do you know of any way to do this in revers? In other words, find a list of custom and standard assigned key combinations and then select the one you want to investigate? I believe an older version of Word had that but I [I've been a Word user since it installed from a single 720K floppy disk], but I don't see that option here. Am I missing anything?
