You haven't replied to post #7 even if, from what you written till now, I doubt it is a network drive.
All you have to do is get the "Take Ownership" option working. Are you launching the .REG file as Administrator ? |

Re "Are you launching the .REG file as Administrator"? How do I do that? It isn't a .reg file I am trying to open. It is a Word folder/file.
